Support Health Care Reform that Addresses Needs of Women
She basks in the slender bone of sun that has embraced her disease
As she lies upon the biddable afghan knitted by her only daughter.

Waiting to paint again, until the wind
And nobody even remembers them being there.

When they came for the whale, I fell silent.
When they came for the owl, I was quiet.
When the lions came for me, I screamed.
